Working at Alongside ABA has been a positive experience. Even with all the changes, the company has done a good job keeping communication open and making staff feel heard. Flexible hours(if you have availability from 3pm-8pm)

Cons

-Low pay. I was being underpaid for months and directors did not care or have urgency to fix them. -Will terminate you if you have a disability/get sick often. They don’t care if you miss sessions due to illness. -If you miss more than 1-2 sessions a month, they will fire you. -If you work in the school cases, they tell you to file for unemployment during the summer instead of finding work for the BTs.
