Pros

Autism Spectrum Inventions was a good company to get my foot in the door. There wasn't even an interview, you just start and I had no experience in the field. Scheduling was easy because we would just text to get more or less hours.

Cons

The pay is terrible and the cases were often violent. Sometimes therapists didn't even know how to cope with cases so we would just be standing around waiting for the child to calm down for nearly an hour, sometimes more. Not sure if that's normal.

Working at Alongside ABA has been a positive experience. Even with all the changes, the company has done a good job keeping communication open and making staff feel heard. The culture has stayed really positive, and the team is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s been nice to see the company grow while still keeping a supportive environment for employees and clients.
