      Pros

      The supervisors were very supportive and helpful, and the training was comprehensive.

      Cons

      Long commutes often during high traffic times and they do not pay for drive time (except between clients). Management was also rude and unhelpful, and seemed as though they did not want to answer questions. Pay is low for the field, and it is extremely difficult (if not impossible) to get more than 10 hours per week. I had more than 5 days completely open and was still asked to open my availability more in order to get more than 5 hours per week.

      Pros

      Working at Alongside ABA has been a positive experience. Even with all the changes, the company has done a good job keeping communication open and making staff feel heard. The culture has stayed really positive, and the team is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s been nice to see the company grow while still keeping a supportive environment for employees and clients.
