Pros

Leadership team is invested in growth of clinical staff. Ability to gain experience in school sites for 1:1 staff and supervisors. Able to continue to grow caseload and experience with many clients with different levels of functioning and age groups. Ability to grow in the company. Supervision for BCBA hopefuls and AMFT/ASW Interns. Abundance of hours. Many areas to work in for schools and home cases.

Cons

Sometimes we have to drive far for cases, but we are compensated between clients and whenever this happens, I feel very appreciated by the directors.

Working at Alongside ABA has been a positive experience. Even with all the changes, the company has done a good job keeping communication open and making staff feel heard. The culture has stayed really positive, and the team is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s been nice to see the company grow while still keeping a supportive environment for employees and clients.
