-flexible with your hours, work around your school schedule -care about you as an individual -mixers for employees (fun) -HR staff are nice :)

Cons

there is no negatives in this company, maybe perhaps if your seeking a raise it can be hard but otherwise it's a good company

Working at Alongside ABA has been a positive experience. Even with all the changes, the company has done a good job keeping communication open and making staff feel heard. The culture has stayed really positive, and the team is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.
