Pros

Flexible hours and miliage and drive time pay

Cons

After the merge, the scheduling department started to suck, the supervisor is extremely rude. Not many supervisor, didn’t had the chance to meet my sup many times. Also if you are diverse in terms of race, don’t even think about it, I found new admin people to be really racists and it’s crazy they are like that if many of the clients are Latin people, I hope they get treated better than the diverse race employees. Working with some families was hard. The turnover rate is HIGH. New employees are hired daily as the retention is NULE.

Working at Alongside ABA has been a positive experience. Even with all the changes, the company has done a good job keeping communication open and making staff feel heard. The culture has stayed really positive, and the team is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s been nice to see the company grow while still keeping a supportive environment for employees and clients.
