Pros

As a behavior specialist you are able to set your own hours and schedule which is great for parents, students or people who have things to tend to during the day. Hours may range as it is up to you to schedule and keep appointments.

Cons

If there is a cancellation for a scheduled meeting and the client cancels you do not get paid for the time. This may be annoying at times due to being far from home forcing you to wait in your car etc. until your next client. There is a lot of driving involved.

Pros

The supervisors and BCBA's have all been extremely helpful and supportive. I had a positive experience. Rewarding work and I have truly enjoyed working with the families. The company is continuing to evolve

Cons

When I started, training wasn't the best. Was just thrown into a session, but was able to learn quickly through experience and reaching out for for support.

Pros

Great work environment with a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. The culture is truly mission-driven, and there’s a clear alignment across the organization that our families come first. Leadership sets the tone from the top down. Mike (CEO) and the leadership team do an excellent job of leading with purpose while also giving leaders the autonomy to operate in their own style. Expectations are high, but they’re set with the belief that you’re capable of delivering, which creates a motivating and growth-oriented environment. The company has experienced significant growth, and I’ve personally seen my team expand while also having opportunities to collaborate across departments. It’s been rewarding to be part of an organization that is continuously evolving and scaling.
