no cap on commission u can earn most positions pay both hourly plus commissions good group of people to work with oppurtunity to move up in company truly great place to work

6 day work week 2 hour lunch break so days are pretty long. no health insurance

Free breakfast every other Friday

-Long drives(2-5 hours a day) -Does not give you your own referrals -1-2 leads 3 occasionally sometimes a low as 3 a week -Leads unqualified sometimes unsure why you are there. -Marketing will lie to get you to demo since that is how they get paid -Will send you into unsafe homes -Script makes it seem like a government program to far too many customers -does not confirm lead before sending you out -subcontracts work out and some of the subs are bad
