      1. No rules and regulations. They will change rule according to their own benefits. 2. Higher management like CEO and Director had done phd in telling lie. 3. No increment. At the time of increment, they say that your performance was not good through out the year. 4. No canteen, no festival celebration. 5. Employee used to collect money to celebrate festivals, but rules should be according to them 5. It seems like Factory or Garage.
