AOI has a great attitude about employee advancement. Every employee has a customized, personalized advancement plan to ensure they are on the right track to getting promoted into the job they want. The company does a lot to keep the employees informed about the company. We have a quarterly meeting where we learn about the state of the company. We have a weekly newsletter that comes out with pertinent information. HR is engaged by hosting a monthly meeting for anyone to join to learn about time-relevant goings on and to ask questions. The entire HQ staff is really supportive of the employees. This a great company and I won't leave unless forced to!
Cons
It's a shame I live so far away from HQ. If I lived closer I would be there all the time!
