I’m so glad you enjoyed building relationships with our families, and that you found the curriculum valuable. Regarding your comments about a need for training and more supplies, I wanted to share that we’ve improved our kitting process to make it easy for sites to receive all the materials they need in a seamless way. We’ve also added to our Professional Development team, allowing us to increase and improve the training opportunities we offer our staff. We’ve also introduced a new way for our management team to give feedback to their staff through an ongoing coaching model, rather than a once-a-year review. This, we hope, will open the lines of communication between team members and let our staff develop growth plans that their managers can build and support with them. Thank you again for your input!       Very very kind and understanding management. I really like them as people. I've heard through the grapevine that there is dissonance among them sometimes but maybe that's normal, idk i've never been in a middle/upper management position. I've always been treated with kindness and empathy for my situations, and they will try to reach a middle ground as long as it doesn't come out of their pocket. Cool career advancing opportunities that I just never took advantage of.

      Cons

      OH MY do they suck at communication. Not all of them, but a couple ones yea for sure. They will always prioritize their pocket against your wallet. If you are looking for a full time director position this one is NOT it and barely pays my bills. It worked for some people but just didn't for me. In the interview for a director position ask them to be upfront with the hours specific to the location they are hiring you for. Maybe email it to them after idk just know that you will never get full time 40 here.
