      Pros

      The kids are the only pro. you might think that the $11.25 is great but just you wait.

      Cons

      You'll have the entire management office worrying about licensing so much so that you'll feel like someone is right behind you o matter where you go. You cannot help the kids in anyway shape or form other than saying "hey it's okay dont worry" or telling them to stop crying. I've worked with kids for 5 years and i have never in my life worked in a place that is this anti-fun. You're not even allowed to speak to a parent about anything cause if you do then.....you're screwed. ALSO about the $11.25, you'll be working less than 20 hours a week so you would earn more at almost any other job.

      Pros

      Very very kind and understanding management. I really like them as people. I've heard through the grapevine that there is dissonance among them sometimes but maybe that's normal, idk i've never been in a middle/upper management position. I've always been treated with kindness and empathy for my situations, and they will try to reach a middle ground as long as it doesn't come out of their pocket. Cool career advancing opportunities that I just never took advantage of.

      Cons

      OH MY do they suck at communication. Not all of them, but a couple ones yea for sure. They will always prioritize their pocket against your wallet. If you are looking for a full time director position this one is NOT it and barely pays my bills. It worked for some people but just didn't for me. In the interview for a director position ask them to be upfront with the hours specific to the location they are hiring you for. Maybe email it to them after idk just know that you will never get full time 40 here.
