Flexibility Camps to make extra $ Kids can be sweet Good experience if you plan on working with children in some capacity
Cons
* If you end up with an incompetent director/manager..... you’ll be miserable. *Gossip *High turnover rate (they hire people in high school and fresh out of HS) *Same boring curriculum each year (they say they change it but they don’t actually) and the kids hate doing the same thing every year *Lots of incompetent wanna be teacher types with a thirst for power (but like you work in an after company.... what “power” are you searching for.
