Micromanagement, Poor benefits, old and inadequate equipment, penny pitching, owner. Salaried employees are docked for any time (including 30 minutes) but are not paid over time. 3 days vacation after 6 months. The eCommerce product is unsupported and expected to be maintained by the Graphic Designer, although at hire I was informed that the eCommerce site migration was being outsourced. Small space with intense printing fumes. Owner's wife intermittently meddles in daily operations and requests special projects for herself and friends. In west Midtown Atlanta, so the traffic is horrible. During inclement weather conditions the owner does not communicate closing or operation hours. 15 minute breaks are pre-scheduled.
