Literally everything else. Bad pay Bad benefits The manager is definitely one of the worst people I’ve ever met The work culture was so toxic that instead of a person feeling like they could own up to a mistake and work on fixing it, all that happened was beratings from management, finger pointing, and blame. This effectively wasted everyone’s time and detracted resources from fixing mistakes. About 10 people quit within about 6 weeks, including myself because management was so terrible.
