Thanks for taking a minute to leave a review! I'm glad to hear you would recommend AlphaSights and that you find our pay competitive. We've taken a number of initiatives to improve Work Life Harmony this year and encourage all team members to discuss a Wellbeing Focus Plan with their leader. The pace and work at AlphaSights are inherently demanding because we are a client service business. However, we want people to establish healthy habits of integrating work and the rest of our lives. Over the last six weeks in SF we've tested more flexible late afternoons and will likely continue these as long as performance remains strong. Thanks for sharing and please feel free to bring any suggestions forward in real life so we can explore them! Sloan Danenhower SF VP

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
