Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Over the first 6 months when you are learning how to do the job, with repetition comes the ability to improve which allows you to build an expertise with your clients. This is how they can get the most out of our service which adds a lot of value for them. Over time, this process allows you to spot innovations and inefficiencies so you can constantly develop new ways to improve your work-flow and stay ahead of the game.

Pros

Strong culture, great opportunity right out of college, was able to take on a management role early in my career which was a unique and rewarding experience

Cons

Not for those who don't do well with client service and/or roles where performance and pay are highly metric based

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
