Working hours: We are upfront that AlphaSights is a high expectations environment. I recognize that this is not your average 9-5 job and that this role is not for everyone.
Management: Our managers are young, and this is why top-tier talent joins AlphaSights. We offer people the chance to manage a team within two years; this requires jumping in at the deep end and learning on the job.
The Client Service role: A good way to describe the role is as a mixture of research, recruiting, and revenue generation.
Skill development: Our exit opportunities are diversified because our employees have access to the entire breadth of the business, meaning when they leave us, they have a huge set of skills and knowledge to help them on their future ventures. We are proud to see our alumni use the skills they gained with us to launch into successful careers in some of the top employers and MBA programs in the world.
