Pros

- Emphasis on personal and professional development - Potential to earn more than the average graduate (depends on the team you are on too) - Great environment - supportive colleagues and managers, lots of events - Potential to transfer to another office in 2-3 years

Cons

- Fast-paced environment, long hours - it is a lifestyle not a job - Management/trainers are not super experienced (only 2-5 years older than you on average), but this can also be a good thing! Everyone in the company tries their best - Risk of burnout is huge due to the nature of the job - Don't come here if you want an easy job or aren't willing to put yourself in uncomfortable situations to grow - steep learning curve in first 6 months

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
