Pros

Fast career track, great responsibilities at an earlier stage. Early elevation compared to other firms. Great people, the recruiting team is very good that they continue hiring very similar type of people - young, outgoing, extrovert and hardworking. I didn't come across any single bad person at the firm.

Cons

75% of employees are between 22-27. Office sometimes feels like college. Exploitive of its employees. When you do well, they love you. Once you start going off the track whether that's because of your capability or because of your personal circumstances, they'll let you go down the hill. It used to be flexible in terms of remote work, it's now strictly 4-1 model (M-T in office, 4 days of flexible WFH allowance per quarter).

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.

Pros

The team culture here is what keeps me around. People genuinely want to help each other do well, and it feels collaborative in a way that's hard to find elsewhere. What I've appreciated most is how much autonomy you get over your own career. I've been able to take on responsibility early, learn a ton, and grow quickly without anyone holding me back.

Cons

It's fast-paced and the bar is high. You've got to be comfortable figuring things out as you go. But honestly, if you like being challenged and want to develop fast, it's a great place to do that.
