While Glassdoor does seem to attract a number of poor reviews for companies, it is not often associated with positive reviews. With Alphatec, I believe that these reviews are accurate. One reviewer said there are always 2 sides to any story, I agree but you have a number of current employees making these statements about the leadership, HR and the companies performance. Right now poor management decisions are running the company into the ground. There is a poor cash position with a huge debt, poor sales with many product launches coming but no experienced staff to execute. If you don't believe the reviews check out the companies financial position. I have read reviews on this site, most I agree with.
