- Very old management style; Managers are totally out dated and not in sync with the real world... very much doubt their capacity of managing ppl...

Great People, willing to work together and help one another flexible work hours Corporate functions every year (Christmas party, luncheons and picnics.

Cons

Micro Management, poor management. Horrible onboarding process Little to no Training Work life balance is bad due to footprint in Korea, Japan and China. many night meetings. Managers Will discuss your performance with your peers instead of talking directly to you. zero opportunity for advancement
