Brilliant for starter experience. Feels like a family. A huge variety in day to day jobs initially. Allowance to do a variety of different work if you show competency and initiative. Great support package for pension and medical.

Unfortunately if you are looking for continuous development opportunities may be lacking here Long term pigeon holing is notorious here

Great People, willing to work together and help one another flexible work hours Corporate functions every year (Christmas party, luncheons and picnics.

Cons

Micro Management, poor management. Horrible onboarding process Little to no Training Work life balance is bad due to footprint in Korea, Japan and China. many night meetings. Managers Will discuss your performance with your peers instead of talking directly to you. zero opportunity for advancement
