Pros
Can't think of anything positive, honestly.
Cons
I can only speak from the perspective of an operator, but this is by far the worst company I've worked at in that capacity. Even the skilled operators are paid barely more than minimum wage while working shift. If you're a minute late from your already stingy break time, you get a talking to. People are put under pressure to hit targets. It seems like that if you don't look like you're struggling, you're obviously not working hard enough. Half of the operations staff are sound, the other half have some fantasy about climbing the corporate ladder and will take every opportunity to hang their fellow operators out to dry. Management enables that culture and it breeds bad morale and makes it a miserable place to work.
