Flex time was good. Good vacation time.

Cons

Management is no help. They basically throw you to the wolves and see what happens. Long hrs with no acknowledgement of work load.

Great People, willing to work together and help one another flexible work hours Corporate functions every year (Christmas party, luncheons and picnics.

Cons

Micro Management, poor management. Horrible onboarding process Little to no Training Work life balance is bad due to footprint in Korea, Japan and China. many night meetings. Managers Will discuss your performance with your peers instead of talking directly to you. zero opportunity for advancement
