Pros

Only positive is Flexi-time, however I always work far more hours than I could ever expect to get back on flexi-time.

Cons

No respect for employees. Long hours with no support from Senior Management. A lot of bullying exists within the organisation and people are treated as widgets.

Great People, willing to work together and help one another flexible work hours Corporate functions every year (Christmas party, luncheons and picnics.

Cons

Micro Management, poor management. Horrible onboarding process Little to no Training Work life balance is bad due to footprint in Korea, Japan and China. many night meetings. Managers Will discuss your performance with your peers instead of talking directly to you. zero opportunity for advancement
