      Pros

      Diverse company with good employees and leadership. Company is well positioned in its industry and offers employees opportunities to advance within the company through internal hiring and promotions. Company also offers good work life balance.

      Cons

      While the company generally treats their employees fairly well. Almost all non director / executive positions are under compensated when compared to industry norms. This leads to talented employees frequently leaving the company for better compensation packages.

      AltaGas provides a great overall rewards package with opportunities to grow. Leadership is incredibly inclusive and supportive.

      Solid regulated natural gas utility. Career opportunities in operations and engineering

      Cons

      Sales, and Marketing function budgets have been reduced, not much emphasis on traditional meter growth. Unfortunately at the direction of the local public service commissions (DC, MD, and VA)
