Pros
Pay is reasonable. SOME employees are extremely helpful. Vacation days- easy. Great to gain experience, add on resume and RUN!!
Cons
Management truly does not appreciate hard work and dedication. You get thrown out with very little training . Especially if you are either a weekend or closing staff. Management does not want to cover any longer than they should even if you are not fully trained. I learned a lot by doing it “the wrong way” first. A lot of my teaching came from the medical assistants, they are a lot more knowledgeable than the rest of the LVNs and RNs in this clinic. RNs are never on the floor, they only answer phones. I would have stayed here a lot longer and possibly retired here if it was not for the way employees are treated. Everyone is always in a bad mood and has a bad attitude due to being treated the way they are. Treat employees with respect = they will do the same. I’ve witnessed management yelling at employees at the nurses station infront of other employees and patients. Extremely unprofessional.
