Pros
Hard working people work for Altamira. Most everyone's job is valued because of it being a smaller to mid-size company. Good benefits. Nice office environment - clean and appealing to the eye. They try to help you grow within the company as best as they can.
Cons
Can get stressful at times because there are less employees to spread out the workload. The leadership team is great, but it seems like some of the money spent on their fancy meetings and events could be used towards growing the company more.
