Pros
I have greatly appreciated my time working for this company. In just over two years, I have been able to hold a number of positions of increasing influence across my work center. Our company has successfully put backed up the Altamira Cares motto numerous times. I have the full support and confidence of my management chain of command. I have the latitude to emphasize specific ways to care for and lead the people within my area of responsibility. My employees are quickly recognized when the do good work through generous spot bonus program, merit raises, and promotions within the company. Our benefits especially medical benefits have been exceptional and continue to trend this way in the future. The stipends that are afforded to the employees represent another way the company puts their money where their mouth is. I have greatly enjoyed my employment here and look forward to continued great things in the future.
