-Altamira makes us choose between Juneteenth and Indigenous People's day, the two national holidays celebrating people of color -Upper management is not transparent about many things, like salary adjustments/raises, promotions, available projects, etc -Upper management limits and discourages work from home, even on projects that allow it and have fully remote employees anyways -Company bid on a project that has shift work and expected salaried 9-5 employees to switch to it without having any of the requirements to start -Diversity committee is a team of 2 straight white people
