Pros
The benefits appear to be good in my opinion. The pay is average (I received several offers around the same pay range once I decided to leave)
Cons
Recruiters/managers are there to fill roles! This means 1.) Be careful with what you believe in terms of what you're told you will be doing on a day-to-day basis, if this is important to you; Better to have a meeting with the customer to get info regarding what you will be doing on a daily basis! 2.) Think carefully about taking a sign on bonus that has you on the hook for 12 months! I was told I would be doing certain activities for these guys when I quit my job on the west coast and scrambled to Tampa. When I got to Tampa, the job was completely different than what I had agreed to with the manager. I quit this job within 12 months and was left on the hook for paying back a sign on bonus, lease breaking related expenses, finding a new job, and more! Be careful before taking a job here, especially if it involves relocating or quitting a decent job because you believe this place will be better. Think carefully about the fact that you are taking all the risk if something you're promised doesn't happen.
