Pros
Gained a lot of experience... Working there is like a "low paying internship". At the time, I was really impressed with the growth and potential of the company. As time went by, not so much. They have very smart individuals with a lot of talent and experience. The sky is the limit.
Cons
A classic case of saying one thing and doing another. Biblically, when you are outspoken about being a Christian (or representing that company's "Christian" values), you really have to set a better example that would have you be more accountable to Christ. I saw the mistreatment of many individuals. I also recall meetings where the top brass would humiliate individuals during certain rants in the corporate office. Reading the current reviews online, it looks like things haven't changed. They are obviously all about the money (not that theres anything wrong with that). The goal was always to get to 50 stores as quickly as they could, so management could sell their stake in an established national brand.
