Pros
I was usually able to maintain a flexible schedule and work the hours that worked with my other job.
Cons
The culture at the Home Office is very unwelcoming. I was hired to work on weekdays and halfway through my employment was pressured to work on weekends as well, despite having another part-time job. Another person doing my job was not asked to work weekends. Management was upset when I asked for more compensation to work on weekends. There is little to no sense of planning which results in many "crisis' situations where employees are pressured into working extra hours. Additionally, the employee handbook also states that women should wear their hair down and wear make-up while at work; there is very little written about the dress code for me.
