Thank you for your honest feedback. While retail hours are sometimes demanding and meant to provide an exceptional experience for our guests, work life balance is as important. I am sorry that you did not feel comfortable raising your concerns, as we want every associate to have a voice and the ability to improve the workplace. While our on-line training is critical in preparing our associates for interactions with our guests, this should not replace in store training and development with store managers.
