Pros
Management and employees were all very nice. We all "stuck it out" together on some grueling nights. I'm just trying to fill up space to have more than 20 characters.
Cons
-I worked there for 6 months. Almost every week you would have a girl quit. Many girls would quit after their first shift. That should tell you a lot about how this company works. -Mission Monday's that include donating a 10% of sales just happen to be on the days with the lowest goals. -Some of the shifts are graveyard shifts that involve going into the store at 8pm and not leaving till earliest 4am. You'd think they'd pay extra for these shifts like any other company would but nope not the case. -Mark up of clothing is awful. Clothing is god awful quality. I feel bad for the customers who will spend $100 on a dress only to return it after it breaking apart after 1 wash. They say all clothing needs to be dry cleaned but seriously, I don't think the clientele you like to aim for has the money to dry clean all of their clothes. -I can't even comment on how pathetic $8 an hour is for how much grunt work you need to do. -Company likes to move around management positions (Move someone in Ops to visuals instead). I don't understand how this would benefit if a person excels in one department, that's what they were hired for, to throw them in another department.
