Thank you for your recent posting. We appreciate your service to our guests and team. As you know, it all starts and ends with the guest at Altar'd State. The two hour close, which is very common in customer-focused retailers, is in place so that associates can 100% focus on HER throughout the day - accessorizing, providing suggestions and solutions, and being there to listen. Other retailers that fold and unbox merchandise on their floors throughout the day to avoid replenishing and straightening the store after hours take away from the in-store experience and levels of guest service.
