As with all retailers, every store has a payroll budget based on projected sales and store performance. As stores meet or exceed these goals, the hours that they can offer associates may increase. We would encourage you to speak with your Store Manager or District Manager about your desire to work more hours in the store. Last year, the Company promoted 17 store managers from within and countless assistant managers, so please continue to provide exceptional service to our guests and opportunities for career growth will continue to present themselves. As an eight-year old company, we continue to grow and enhance our benefits programs. Over the past year the Company has increased Hourly pay, both part-time and full-time, to remain highly competitive and our associate discount continues to be one of the best in retail. Regarding the Company's newly launched Paid Sabbatical program and Student Debt Repayment programs, they are currently for full-time associates, however your feedback is great and we will continue to review benefits offerings for part-time associates each year to improve the associate experience.
