Love the concept and the Ideas behind the company. The clothes are really cute and sets its itself apart from others.
Cons
....This has to by far the worst retail company I have worked for, the hypocrisy is just unbelievable, they have us believing that what were doing is for a good cause and there for are forced to sell high volumes of pieces, just so the CEO can keep flying on his private jet while only giving back 10% of the stores earning to a local charity. Not to mention we only donate 10% Of the earning we make on a Monday the SLOWEST and less income bringing day of the week! Than expect us to share with the customers our doing, this my man is called Retail Brainwash at its finest. It was a pleasure in the beginning and going in to work, in the end it was exhausting and a drag having to go into work, seeing how The "big" people came down hard on our managers, and key holders was ridiculous. Good Christians don't make others cry because their not caring out the days goals to keep filling up Satan's pocket.
