This means WE are the family. When you have an executive visit, it's all hugs not hand shakes. If you are going through something hard at home, prayer is everywhere for you! Cons
We are only 5 years old. We have 50+ stores. With this growth, it's hard to not make mistakes. We understand this and are trying to make it better. There is no con that can outweigh the pros.
