We are thrilled to offer our talented associates some of the best compensation in the industry, including starting hourly pay of $15 for part-time Brand Reps, $18 for part-time Guest Leads, $28 for full-time Assistant Store Leaders and $80,000 annually for our Altar'd State Store Leaders.
