Pros
There are so many pros in working for this company. I've been given opportunities that I wouldn't have received at anywhere else. I've learned so much from the exciting, fast growing company. The support I've received from upper management at home office truly makes me feel apart of a family. The freedom of creativity in this company is truly rewarding. The give back to local charities and organizations globally, continually reminds me as to why I'm here. To make a difference. And nothing is more rewarding than having customers, on a daily basis, go out of their way to tell me this is their new favorite store. Overall, joining this company has been (and I'm sure will always be) one of the most rewarding experiences in my professional career.
Cons
Like ANY company, there are always hurdles to overcome. Honestly, it's ridiculous to read previous reviews about how the CEO holds you too accountable. It's your job as the manager to be able to effectively run your business. If you weren't held accountable, none of us would be here. There is a reason Aaron has been able to successfully grow our company to 55+ stores in 6 years. Unfortunately it seems like the focus on their people has taken a spot on the back burner. The planning and communication started off great with the new year, but has drastically declined once again. No rewards or pay increases have been made for any of mine or my employees successes over the past year and a half. Payroll hours keep getting reduced, leaving managers to have to work even more to make up for it.
