Pros

The only pro is getting 50 percent off for two werks seasonally but that's not even that much of a pro because you're just throwing more money , that you barely even have anyways, into the company.

Cons

Where do I even start. Every brand representative got paid minimum wage for busting their behind. Its messed up that a head band there costs $30 and most clothing items costs $70 plus a piece, but god forbid they pay you a decent hourly wage. The hours are terrible. I told them in the interview and multiple other times that I'm a college student and only want 15 hours a week (like everyone else my age there) and they put me on the schedule for over 25 hours each week. It even got up to 34 hours a week at once. I was almost never recognized for my hardwork. They also have the "refresh" things on the schedule about every 2-3 weeks where several employees and one manager are on the schedule to come in at like 8pm and after closing they move everything in the store around or mark stuff down and they DO NOT tell you or show it on the schedule but you will be there until 3 or 4 am. Its always on a school night too. They don't care. They expect you to put altar'd state before anything else in your life. DO NOT WORK here it sucks. They upsell it so much in the interview but in reality it's a nightmare. You can't even talk to your co-workers at work or joke around. It's all about selling the most possible to make corporate happy. I've also read stuff that says they don't even give back to the community it's all fraud. Wouldn't surprise me since it's a fake company. It's embarrassing how terrible this company is handled.

Pros

Literally nothing, can’t think of one positive thing

Cons

I’ve been with the company for years and watching its continuous downfall has become almost comical. Two years ago we took major pay cuts (like 15%) because of the economy but this year they sent us to the Virgin Islands on this over the top meeting that must have cost a fortune. I’d rather have the money in my bank versus a trip I was forced to go on with senior leadership that are absolute horrific people in general and evil businesses people. It all felt like a big propaganda event with tons of videoing and picture taking so they could come home and post all over linked in and social media about how WONDERFUL it is to work there. Don’t even get me started on the new Little House on the Prairie denim dresses we have to wear because they hire managers that aren’t even strong enough to coach to a dress code. How can you run a store if you can’t even tell someone what they’re wearing inappropriate? Instead now we look like a bunch of little followers of the cult everyone already says it is. As long as we say we “stand out for good” at every opportunity it must mean it’s true right? To know who else brainwashed people into thinking bad things are good for them? CULT LEADERS.
