- held to same standards as head merchandiser but not making the same pay
- expected to stay after you clock out to finish work
- unrealistic expectations from store manager & district manager (ie sales goals, how much can get done during a shift)
- lots of drama. the managers would gossip about sales reps and it would spread like wildfire
- store manager had obvious favorites and would bully other brand reps if she didn’t like them
- when asked about pay raises, aaron said that they should be more worried about the children starving in africa
- preach about “stand out for good” but managers will verbally abuse anybody below them
