Deeply disorganized. Pay structure is in an illegal format. "Comp time" includes any work completed after 6 PM which is usually consistent as sessions regularly go past that time. Company claims to pay a salary but checks are based on hours completed. Comp time cannot apply to employees who are paid hourly. This company uses "comp time" to deny their employees overtime pay for going over 40 hours in a week which you will do regularly.
