5yThank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback here. As tough as it was to read, the time you spent sharing your experience is much appreciated. While the shift to a fully virtual working environment has been challenging for many of us, an area of commitment we've maintained is to continued positive and regular interactions with all of our team members. I'm sorry to hear that we failed you in that commitment. Although our 1:1's with our managers can include both affirmative and constructive feedback, everyone deserves to feel supported and respected in their work overall, and especially so here at Alteryx.
In early November, our new CEO is sponsoring a refresh training on leading in an all-virtual workplace, which will feature a refresh on our commitment to our associates and the importance of leading with empathy and care as we help our teams to set and meet goals. While our work locations have changed this year in response to COVID-19, our focus to our core values and to the culture of Alteryx has not. Thank you for taking time to share the feedback about your experience; you have my commitment that your input will go directly into the leadership training and development that is a focus area of mine and of our leadership team's. I'm glad to hear that - although you were here at Alteryx only for a few months - you believed in our product and the value it provides to our customers. Their success - and that of our associates - will continue to guide us as we move through the rest of this year, and in the years ahead.
