Thanks for taking time to share your feedback, and for your more than decade of service to Alteryx. Our Colorado-based Engineering team are some of the very best - both technically - and in terms of how they show up to and for each other as colleagues. While building individual components of software can be a very focused activity, I'm glad to hear you feel like you're working alongside knowledgeable colleagues who are committed to continuous learning and growth. Thanks also for your feedback on the importance of transparency and equity when it comes to how we engage with each other as colleagues and leaders. When we were a much smaller company (and pre-public), I imagine it was far easier to feel the pulse of what was going on in the company...not to mention when we were able to work together in the office! As we continue to scale, we're focused squarely on maintaining our focus on our core values, and continuing our culture of information sharing and collective accountability to each other. Given your tenure with Alteryx, I'd be grateful for your feedback and ideas as I onboard. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly so we can find some time to connect live! Thanks, David

Pros

Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

Cons

You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
