Thanks for taking time to share your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear that your experience as an Internal Student failed to meet your expectations, and certainly sounds like it failed to meet our standards from and HR standpoint. If you'd be willing to reach out and share more detail so I we can learn where we can improve our processes, I'd be grateful for your time and input, and I'm willing to help however I can to wrap up any outstanding follow up that you mention. As a global company, it's important to our entire leadership team that we are accessing the best talent around the world wherever it may be. And that process requires optimized processes and execution, which is top of mind for us now and in the year to come as we continue to build and scale.
