Pros
Alteryx is a roller-coaster type of company where things change all the time. Continuous improvements and new ideas. Customer focus is very high. Core values are key. A lot of work has been done re accountability and diversity under new CEO Mark Anderson which is very positive.
Cons
Constant change is a challenge. Support from the team and collaboration is key.
