Good salary and OTE, that’s it

Cons

- no onboarding program, nothing structured you are just thrown to the wolves - talk down to women at this company, lots of sexism on more occasions I can count - unfair account distribution. reps have high spend / value accounts with the same quota as low spend / no value accounts. - inexperienced leadership who are insulting to employees - too many redundant side projects that take away from selling - employee turnover is extremelyyyyy high because you are treated like a number

Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

Cons

You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
